The George a great pub with food, Sunday roasts, great ales, beer garden and events in Hadleigh – we are a friendly independent community pub in in Hadleigh. There’s something for everyone including great food and drinks, live music events, a wonderful garden and a beautiful restaurant for dining that can also be used as a space for functions.
Our bar is well stocked with Greene King IPA and Abbott Ale Cask and 3 rotating Guest Ales. Our ales are Cask Marque accredited so you can be assured of a perfect pint every time! We also offer a good range of 30 gins all served with superior Fever Tree tonics, plus some great whiskies, rums and a selection of fine wines. There are also some great low alcohol and soft drink choices and a choice of quality coffees and a great tea selection.
We serve good home cooked pub food and it’s always great value and quality. Our menu is family friendly and includes steaks, burgers, fish and chips and sandwiches and we also serve an excellent Sunday roast, we can get busy on a weekend so please book a table to be sure although, we will always do our best to find a table! In the warmer months the pub has an excellent garden and outside area to enjoy sunshine days and great quality food and refreshing drinks. In the winter we have a cosy interior with a real fire.
